Founded in February 2002 by Mississauga business woman and mortgage professional Angela Wong-Liao, this group has flourished and grown in its 10 year history to now include over 40 attendees at most monthly networking lunches. We have ten monthly luncheon meetings per year with the exception of July & December and the meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month.

Our mission statement is “Minimum Costs Maximum Benefits”, no membership fee, we charge $22 per attendee, which includes buffet lunch, 1 minute presentation in front of a podium with microphone and free information and display tables sharing among the attendees. We have a media sponsor of a radio station KX 94.7FM New Country who donates 20 thirty seconds radio commercial as our monthly grand door prize, value at $1,000.

The Power Networking Group is Angela’s passion. She volunteers close to 20 hours of her time to organize monthly networking luncheon meetings. Angela makes no profit on these meetings because she believes in giving back to the business community who has been very supportive of her business over the years.
